Salads and Soups

A perfect side or main dish

Salads and soups take double duty – they can easily be the star of the show or a supporting partner. We try to eat salads with every meal, and during the winter months, make sure to include a hearty soup at least once a week. In any case, both are exceptionally easy to make and delicious to eat.
