Nature’s salute to sweet.

There are over 2,000 types of fruits around the world, and although in Canada we probably only see about 200 of them, they are still enough to make some pretty delicious sweet treats.

Since you should consume at least two servings of fruits per day, why not add one of these servings as a dessert?
