Fruit Salad

What’s better than fresh fruit? Fruit salad is a unique way to mix in season fruits or just your favorites. This salad includes a few basics: strawberries, grapes and pineapple, You can add any other seasonal fruit to add to this deliciousness.

2 cups black grapes, halved
1 pineapple, quartered*
2 cups strawberries, quartered
1 mandarin orange
Zest of orange
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp mint, finely chopped
1/4 cup orange juice

Mix all the fruits together and sprinkle with sugar. Add the zest and mint. Add the juice and toss well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

*Use already peeled pineapple and its juice.
