Ingredients
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup flaked unsweetened coconut
1 cup chopped pecans (or nut of choice)

Preheat the oven to 3500 F. Coat a 9” x 13” baking dish with spray and line with parchment paper. Ensure to cut the parchment paper to overhang the edges as this will make it easier to remove the bars.

Mix together the graham crumbs, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly and moist. Transfer the mixture to the bottom of the baking dish and press down using the back of a flat measuring cup or glass. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes and remove. Pour sweetened condensed milk on top of the baked crust. Sprinkle with an even layer of various chips and nuts. Top with shredded coconut.

Bake in the preheated oven until the top is lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Cool to room temperature then place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut into 36 bars.

Note: any combination of chips can be used for a different flavor, including peanut butter, dark chocolate, candy-coated chips, etc.
