1 cup whipped herb cream cheese (or any cream cheese you may have)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 egg yolk
1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 green onion, chopped
1 can of crab meat
1/4 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
10 large Mini Bella mushrooms

Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray the bottom of your baking dish with non-stick spray. Place the cream cheese, mayonnaise, egg yolk, bread crumbs, crab meat, and green onion into a large mixing bowl and combine. Add the cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and stir together.

Remove the stem from the mushroom and wipe off any dirt. Turn upside down into the prepared baking dish and stuff with the crab mixture. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.

Serve warm. Makes 10 mushroom cups.
