Ingredients
12 pita (Lebanese pocket style)
Olive oil
Salt
Instructions
Split the pita in half and brush both sides with olive oil. Season with kosher salt on the rough side of the pita. Bake at a low temperature (2500F) for 1 1/2 to 2 hours (depending on the thickness of the pita).
Variations
Add garlic powder and basil or onion powder and rosemary for a savory touch.
